Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Could you please share the affected URL with us, so that we can troubleshoot it further?
Really looking forward to helping you.
Thank you
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
I hope this helps – looking forward to get it working.
Hello,
First, You have to copy the HTML meta tag from the Pinterest website claim page.
After that, log in to your WordPress Dashboard, navigate to Rank Math > General Settings > Webmaster Tools > Pinterest Verification ID. Here you have to paste the code.
Once the code is pasted, click the Save Changes button.
Now, go back to the Pinterest website claim page, then click the Continue button.
Here, enter your website’s domain name with https and click the Verify button.
This should resolve your issue. Let us know how it goes. Thank you.

o this is EXACTLY (just as the link in the video) what I think I have tried to do over and over- and still not having it working….
All the best/rachel
Hello,
Please try to enter the whole HTML code instead of just the verification ID, see if that helps.
If that doesn’t fix your issue then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
That is exactly what I do every time I copy and paste the whole code :
<meta name=”p:domain_verify” content=”3001c7911e91964168e0f41958ea7a24″/>
and then it is showned up after it is saved as the pictured sent.
OK, I will call our FTP-guys first and see if they can help us. Otherwise I return in 15 minutes and then I still would like to get some help to get going before the weekend ; )Hello,
Please note that it can take up to an hour for your website to get verified, you will be notified via email and if you are using any CDN, you should clear the cache from there and from your website after adding the verification code.
I hope this helps. Looking forward to helping you.
Hi again, according to our FTP-host provider everything looks ok, they also checked the code so pleace have a check at:
