I’ve checked the link, and indeed the image/URL is not opening. However, we’re unable to replicate the issue with the latest version of Rank Math plugins.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

I followed the steps and the plugin which is causing conflict is Smush. This plugin has more than 1 million installations. I am sure you must have some workaround. Please advise.
Update : I have fixed the issue by following these steps :-
1. Smush
2. Lazy Load
3. Include/Exclude
4. Post Types
5. Disable Posts
