    Hello,

Thanks a lot for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

Can you please confirm which PHP version you are using?

You can check that from WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Health Check.

Let us know so we can offer further help.

    7.3.11-1+bionic (Supports 64bit values)

    Hello,

Thanks for getting back to us.

Could you please perform a fresh install of the plugin by deleting the installed plugin and adding a new copy via Plugins > Add new.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings if this does not fix the problem. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

We will include a fix for this in an upcoming version of the plugin. Until then, you can either ignore the message (since it’s only a notice, it won’t cause any issue) or disable error reporting through the wp-config.php file.

    Hope that helps.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello @contact355,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

It looks like you missed the last message from my colleague:

We will include a fix for this in an upcoming version of the plugin. Until then, you can either ignore the message (since it’s only a notice, it won’t cause any issue) or disable error reporting through the wp-config.php file.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
