Please enable the Beta update by following this:

If you are unable to see an update, please clear Rank MathÕs transients from:
WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients > Remove transients
Please clear the caches, server, and WordPress after updating.
You can disable the Beta updates once you update to the latest version and if the issue is fixed.

It seems that you aren’t using the beta version. Can you please confirm if you have followed this particular step? https://rankmath.com/kb/version-control/#beta-updates
If that doesn’t help, please provide the admin login again as the current username and password you shared aren’t working.

The local sitemap is now loading perfectly fine as you can see from here:
As for the issue with the page sitemap, that is being caused by the NextGen Gallery plugin and it’s something they already mentioned they will update in one of the upcoming releases: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/rank-math-error-thrown-call-to-a-member-function-get_entities-on-null/
