Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with the fatal error on your website. Based on the information provided, it seems like this could be related to the Action Scheduler, which is a common issue after certain updates of plugins like Rank Math.
Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:
-
Backup Your Database: Before making any changes, we recommend taking a backup of your database to prevent any data loss.
-
Use the Repair Action Scheduler Plugin: You can use our Repair Action Scheduler plugin to fix this issue automatically. You can download it from here and follow these steps:
- Click on the green “Code” button and then on “Download ZIP”.
- Upload that ZIP file to your site via Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
- Once activated, the plugin will attempt to repair the Action Scheduler tables and then deactivate itself automatically.
-
Clear Cache: After following the above steps, please clear all caches, including server cache, to ensure that changes take effect.
-
Check for Conflicts: If the issue persists, it might be due to a conflict with another plugin or theme. Try deactivating other plugins one by one to identify if there’s a conflict.
If you continue to experience issues after trying these steps, please reply to this ticket with any error messages you are seeing or additional details, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.
Thank you for raising this concern!

Hello,
There was an issue in the Advanced Robots meta that was causing this error. We removed this from your database and now the page is working properly without any issues:
Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.
Thank you.Hello, thank you for checking! We tried to update price on product on our shop through woocommerce aplication and PHP error appeared on frontend again, this product: https://www.rastlinkovo.sk/alocasia-frydek-baby/
error: Warning: foreach() argument must be of type array|object, string given in /data/0/e/0e192fac-9454-485e-8fc2-f791b5c14232/rastlinkovo.sk/web/wp-content/plugins/seo-by-rank-math/includes/frontend/paper/class-paper.php on line 526
could you please check? What might be causing these issues?
Thank you
MatejHello,
We’ve gone ahead and fixed the issue from our end once again. The problem stemmed from improperly saved data in the Advanced Robots Meta field, which caused a PHP error on the frontend. See screenshot:
Normally, this data is saved in a serialized format as required by Rank Math. However, in your case, it was stored incorrectly, which led to the error or warning you experienced.
This shouldn’t typically happen, and we suspect that another plugin or process might be modifying this data unexpectedly. We noticed that you have the WP DB Cleaner plugin installed, which could potentially be affecting your database entries. We recommend starting your investigation there to see if it might be interfering with how metadata is being saved.
Please keep an eye on it, and feel free to reach out if the issue reappears or if you need further assistance.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hello Jeremy,
thank you for your reply, I deactivated these plugins since we dont use them. These plugins were not active when this happened for the first time on our website.
This is happening when we change price through woocommmerce app (jetpack), we do need to solve it because price change through app will be more frequent and we do want to use rankmath in the future, there is some issue with jetpack I believe.
Unfortunately I am not able to solve this issue with rankmath, could you maybe check?
Thank you
MatejHello,
The issue may indeed be linked to how Jetpack or the app is handling product meta data during updates.
We’ve resolved the error again for now, but since the problem recurs with updates from the app, we recommend checking with Jetpack support as well. It’s possible that their sync process is affecting how the metadata is saved, which causes conflicts with Rank Math.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance from our side.
