  • Can you hopefully see what is causing this error? I can’t figure it out myself unfortunately.

By the way, I see here in my account that I am registered with a free account, while I do have the pro plugin working. Unfortunately, I cannot find another account in my name.

    Thanks a lot in advance!

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

You mentioned that you’re using Rank Math PRO but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com or the email address you used to purchase so we can locate your account and verify it?

Regarding the warnings, they seem to be coming from one of your schema or schema templates applied to your site.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Dear Reinelle,

Thank you very much for your message! I am glad you want to help, I look forward to it. I see that I registered under the email address as I placed it in the sensitive data.
    Can you continue like this?

    Hello,

We have verified your PRO purchase.

Yes, we can continue discussing the issue in this ticket.

Can you please confirm if that error is shown for a specific page or product? If so, please remove the schema you added there by using the bulk editor and add the default schema again:

    Rank Math support

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

Good morning! I see this error in the error log at Kinsta. I can’t seem to see which page is being called, unfortunately.

I’ll post the details above. It would be great if you could take a closer look with me! Thanks for this!

    Hello,

You can use a tool like https://pastebin.com/ to share the error log with us so that we can investigate the issue further.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    I’m sorry, I didn’t see you’re question. See it here: https://pastebin.com/raw/ebL8SktD

    Hello,

We added some debugging code to the plugin files so the next time the error is triggered we will be able to see on what pages this was triggered.

Please allow some hours for the warnings to appear again and ping us here if you don’t receive a reply from us within the next 12/24 hours.

We will also make a note to check this ticket tomorrow to check for the presence of the URL in the logs.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

We have seen the issue and we were able to replicate it on the website. We ask that you keep the credentials active for now while we report this to our developers and they have a chance to look at the website and provide further technical details about the same.

Rest assured that these are just warnings so the website will continue to work as expected, but it’s definitely something our developers would like to take a closer look.

Thank you for your patience while we continue debugging this matter.

    Hello,

The Hide Categories and Products for Woocommerce plugin, is using the get_the_terms hook, to remove some terms without resetting the array indexes. RankMath expects an index of 0 but it is being removed.

For example on this URL; https://magneetjeswinkel.nl/product/schijfmagneet-neodymium-30x3mm/

the category BIG Neodymium magneet is removed, and the terms array is never re-indexed.

Could you please reach out to the Hide Categories and Products for Woocommerce plugin team, and share with them this information. Then share with us their related response.

    Thank you.

    Dear Nicholas,

I will do that next week. Many thanks for now!

    Hans
