Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Those issues are usually caused by some extra space in your PHP files. You can try and fix it by following this guide: https://docs.presscustomizr.com/article/196-warning-cannot-modify-header-information-header-already-sent-by
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Hi,
Thank you for your reply! I have added the pastebin to the data. I think it comes from the code I added for Rank Math’s FAQ. Do you see any problems with it?
Greetings,

Hi Michael,
Thank you for your reply! But I think I said that in my first post:
‘I got this PHP Warning in the Error log from Rank Math (See data)’I don’t see it somewhere on the site, only your error log.
Let me know if that’s more clear & Thank you in advance!
Greetings,
RichardHello,
I think we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you in advance & Have a great weekend
– RichardHello Richard,
It seems some data related to the FAQ is being is already being handled by your Contentberg theme. I would have loved to dig into it further but your theme doesn’t seem to have a theme editor and I can’t find where or how you added the custom code. Please let us know so we can test this further.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hi Michael,
Thank you for your reply! I hope you had a great weekend 🙂
Just to be sure, the theme does have an ‘Additional CSS’, but I think you mean the files like the Javascript files, right?
I added the custom code in the additional CSS + in the Javascript file that Alberto suggested. (I followed his post on this forum)
Do you want me to share the FTP details?
Thank you in advance!
Greetings,
RichardHello,
Yes, please, if you can share the FTP credentials, it would really help us to check the code and try to help you with this.
Looking forward to help you.

Thank you.
Hello,
If you can tell use what you want to use the code for, we can suggest a better solution.
Hi Uzair,
If you’re referring to the code in that Javascript file Michael mentioned, then that’s for the FAQ schema.
Like Alberto mentioned here:
https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/faq-scheme-question/Thank you in advance & Have a great weekend!
Greetings,
RichardHello,
We are really sorry but we are unable to offer customization help with the styling.
Our support is limited to bug fixes and helping you make the plugin work with the options that come built into Rank Math.
We gave you the code as a base so you can know how it works and what to change to add accordions or other JS effects to your FAQs. You might want to hire a coder if you are not familiar with coding.
Or, you can use the FAQs in the same style that they come bundled within Rank Math.
Hope that helps.
