    Dear Rank Math Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am currently using Rank Math Pro and have encountered an issue related to our business address update. Our business recently relocated from 358 New Dorp Ln, Staten Island, New York, 10306 to 109 Hastings St, Staten Island, NY 10305, United States.

I have updated the new address in the Local SEO settings within Rank Math. However, I noticed that the old address is still appearing in schema testing tools. I have disabled the Rank Math local schema, reviewed all settings to ensure the old schema is completely removed, and even created and added a custom schema with the updated address to our website’s pages.

Despite these efforts, both the old and new local schema codes are appearing, which is causing considerable concern. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue so that the old address is permanently removed from our schema data? You can review the issue directly on our website: https://balloonslane.com/.

I would greatly appreciate your help in addressing this matter.

    Thank you for your support.

    Best regards,
    Atif

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the persistent old business address in your schema. Thank you for raising this concern.

It sounds like you’ve taken several steps to update your address, but the old address is still appearing. Here are a few suggestions to help resolve this issue:

    1. Clear Cache: If you are using any caching plugins or server-side caching, please clear the cache to ensure that the updated schema is reflected.

    2. Check for Other Plugins: Sometimes, other SEO or schema-related plugins can conflict with Rank Math. Ensure that no other plugins are adding schema data that might include the old address.

    3. Inspect All Pages: Make sure that the old address is not hardcoded in any of your theme files or page builders. Check all relevant pages where the schema might be applied.

    4. Schema Markup Validation: Use Google’s Rich Results Test or Schema.org’s validator to check if the old address is still being pulled from any specific page or post.

    5. Re-save Settings: Sometimes, simply re-saving your Local SEO settings in Rank Math can help refresh the schema data.

If you have tried all these steps and the issue persists, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will take over and assist you further.

Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to resolving this matter for you soon!
