Apologies for the confusion.
If you add that to your website’s permalinks, then all of your posts and pages will contain /high-performance/ in their slugs.
To achieve this, you can create those pages (/motivation and /culture) as child pages, and their parent page is the /high-performance page.

Hi there, thanks for your message. sorry that doesn’t seem to have helped. I have created the pages and am waiting to know what to do with the permalink – it is only 10 pages. All of the pages will stay normal. I don’t want to add a plugin. Can you suggest how I achieve this please based on the parameters above

The only way to achieve the desired URL format is to assign the page culture and motivation to a parent page which in this case high-performance.
At the moment, Rank Math doesn’t have a feature to achieve this as this must be done via WordPress or using a separate permalink manager plugin.
