That’s because your live website domain is longer than your localhost URL.
Please note that the permalink field in Rank Math also counts your whole domain URL, from HTTPS to the last slash.
It is also noticeable from the URLs above the title from your screenshots that they already exceed the 75-character limit (cutting the URL and showing ...
at the end)
