    Hey guys, we’ve been trying to hammer this out in the FB group but I was advised to bring it over here and give WP admin credentials so you can take a look.

    For reference: I @ Marie González in the FB group.

    The issue is that on this translated post https://www.bellisimaonline.com/tiradores-de-agate/ RM is adding the original post URL from the English version of the post, the keyword. is not allowing me to change it. When I try to save and update, the url goes back to being the one set in the original post.

    Please help. This issue caused the English post to completely disappear from the ranks. And it was ranking at the top positions and doing well. :-/

    I need to get more translations done but I am afraid to lose ranks for other English posts that are ranking well if I translate them and optimize with RM .

    Hello,

    The issue on your site exists only in the edit post screen. On the frontend, Rank Math plugin is showing the correct URL in the canonical tag so it should not affect the ranking of the post ( please see the screencast I added in the Sensitive Data Section. )

    Can you please share your site’s FTP access so we can enable the debug and see if there are any errors logged in the debug.log file which could be causing this problem in the admin panel?

    Guys sorry for the late reply. I had not seen the email notifications and only read this because I came here to check because I thought it had been too long.

    Thank you for taking the time to check this. Can you please take a look at how this is indexed? About 2 weeks ago it was showing the post title in English but the URL and the meta in Spanish.

    Now they way it’s indexed is showing this strange url that actually does not lead to the post O.o https://www.bellisimaonline.com/en/5311-2/

    Here a screen recording of how it’s showing up. And some weird notice about cookies. I don’t have a cookie popup or GDPR plugin on the site so I’m a bit confused.

    Do you have any idea what this could mean?
