You can check that by going to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info tab > Server
If the values are low, please contact your web host and ask them to set the following values:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000

I logged into your website’s admin area and was able to replicate the slow backend. I tried to access the plugins page to test with plugins like Query Monitor, but the plugins page was also not loading.

I was still not able to replicate the issue. However, there were more than five focus keywords on your homepage that were not visible in the frontend but was in the database. I removed them and checked the page again. It is working fine on my end and some glitches that were present before are now gone. Please check the screencast in the sensitive data section.
