Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
To further understand the issue, can you please share your server error logs?
The error logs should help us determine what exactly is causing this conflict.
You can get in touch with your web host, they will help you locate the log file.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hi Jeremy, thanks for the quick response.
I just sent you the error log. Hope you can figure it out
I can’t change index / noindex settings for WooCommerce related pages only. I can change for others even while the plugin is activated
Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.

Just added it to the bottomn. Please let me know if you need FTP as well…
Hello,
I was able to check that the issue is not related to Rank Math. Even when Rank Math is disabled if you try to update the page, it will return the same error. Here is a quick screencast: https://i.rankmath.com/xmWgpN
Please get in touch with the support of the PayPal for WooCommerce plugin as they will be able to help you resolve this.
Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any other assistance.
Thanks.
Thank you for checking. What did you do at 0:13 when the page went blank? Updating page itself is fine. Isn’t it? I didn’t have problem updating
Hello,
I reloaded the page that’s why it went blank. The error appears on clicking the Update button. So the issue is there. Since the page is made with Elementor, you might have been able to save the changes in it but in the Block editor updating doesn’t work.
You should get in touch with the support of the plugin to get the issue fixed.
Let us know if you need any other assistance.
Thanks.
Hello,
Glad that helped.
Please feel free to reach out to us again in case you need any other assistance.
We are here to help.
