That is just an authorization from PayPal as you can see from the info on the transaction.
If the authorization gets accepted the payment will be deducted and the money will be withdrawn, which at that point the subscription will get added to your account.

1. How many days can this authorization be successfully paid? I checked the PayPal docs and it says seller action is required to capture the payment.
2. Can you cancel? After canceling I chose to pay by credit card.
