We can’t add other payment options at the moment as we have partnered with FastSpring and they take care of payments for us.

– Payments in USD $
– Supports subscription-based payments
– You are not using a prepaid card
– International payments are turned on
– Your IP is not a Proxy, or you are using any VPN or hosting service
Also, make sure that the flag during checkout is showing the correct country at the top right corner.
If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using a credit card instead.
You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment from going through and request them to approve it on your end.

I don’t use a credit card. As a design and development company, we strictly use PayPal for plugin purchases.
It would be best if you could check with your management and provide me with Rank Math’s PayPal email so I can make a direct payment.

The rule that requires you to have a card on PayPal is enforced by PayPal for subscription-based payments. If that is not something you want or can do, and the other payment options available are also not an option, then there’s nothing we can do.
As we mentioned before, we are a business and as such need to stay compliant with all local laws, which is done via our payment provider and merchant of records. We cannot accept payments directly, as for that to happen we would need to be incorporated in your country and pay the taxes from that purchase.
