I tried everything on the list and I even tried a different PayPal Nce I add in my information it tells me that my order cannot be completed, please contact customer service , si the issue is with your payment process, I hope to get it resolved asap

Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:
– Payments in USD $
– Supports subscription-based payments
– You are not using a prepaid card
– International payments are turned on
– Your IP is not a Proxy, or you are using any VPN or hosting service
Also make sure that the flag during checkout is showing the correct country at the top right corner.
If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using a credit card instead.
You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment from going through and request them to approve it on your end.

I have done all those things. Yes PayPal is in usd, I use it all the time. My card has nothing to do with PayPal so that should not make a difference. I tried using another PayPal account, but it gives me the error before it even goes to PayPal.
The error says that my order cannot be accepted at this time, so I am certain that it’s on your end. If it was my card, vpn ir I- address, it would say something different.
My PayPal account is working, so none of this should be an issue. But again, the transaction doesn’t even go that far, so there is nothing on my end.
I have tried starting a new account with a different email address and I get the same error.
Please fix this!
