All our subscriptions are set to auto-renewal but we always send an email one week prior to the renewal to the email associated with the purchase to let you know that this will be renewed and with instructions on how to cancel that if you are not willing to proceed with the renewal.

I did not receive this email. This is an underhand tactic because I originally paid about $20 for some credits a year ago and you then set me up with a subscription without any notification. This really feels like theft. Is that the service RankMath wishes to be known for? I really need this money, have not used your service for about a year, and you take this money for a further year when I am not going to even use your service anyway. Please please return this money you have taken from me. I promise you I will highlight this in many many places of you don’t return my money. Please see my email about this. I won’t stop until I receive a refund. It’s scandalous.

I am aware you are listed as a global company but to start receive reports of fraud, anywhere, for how you treat customers and take their money, uninvited, will not be a good look for your business. I will then look at other countries where this can be reported. Please do the right thing and refund my money you have taken from me so that this can be resolved properly.

Hello? I have checked my account and I did not even subscribe to any future subscription. I paid for credits to use only, about 1 year ago! You cannot legally take a take a subscription from me. Can you refund my money asap? It is not Rank Maths money to take. I do not even use your service! It is theft!

As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.
If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.
For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those premium features we refunded.
