Payment not showing on my WordPress account

1. Log into your Rank Math account using the email address you used for the purchase. You can do this by visiting Rank Math My Account.

2. Check your subscription status by navigating to Rank Math > Account > Websites in your WordPress dashboard or directly at this URL: Rank Math Websites. Ensure that your website is listed there and that your subscription is active.

   

3. If your account shows the correct subscription but it’s not reflected on your WordPress site, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account in your WordPress admin area:

   • Go to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
   • Click on Disconnect Account and then reconnect it.

   
   

4. After reconnecting, check if your plan is now active.
