Your Rank Math subscription is set to renew automatically every year. This means that you don’t have to worry about losing access to the plugin features and updates. As long as your subscription remains active, you can keep using Rank Math without any interruptions.
Our payment processor usually charges your card on the renewal date and sends you a confirmation email. If the payment fails for some reason, it will automatically try again after the first, third, and fifth days after the renewal date. You will also receive an email notification about the payment failure and the retry attempts. However, if the third retry on the fifth day fails, your subscription will be canceled – which is the case here. We apologize if this has caused any inconvenience.
Unfortunately, at this time we do not have an option for manual renewal of subscriptions. But you can always start a new subscription from https://rankmath.com/pricing/.

My question was about purchasing a new subscription, not renewing it. Payment for a new subscription fails with both: pay pal with USD and debit card. All your bot suggestions do not work. That’s why I’m asking for help.

Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:
– Payments in USD $
– Supports subscription-based payments
– You are not using a prepaid card
– International payments are turned on
– Your IP is not a Proxy, or you are using any VPN or hosting serviceAlso make sure that the flag during checkout shows the correct country at the top right corner.
If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using a credit card instead.
You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment from going through and request them to approve it on your end.
