Payment made but didn’t get any confirmation

    Hi

    Due to some reason, the payment for my PRO subscription had failed earlier. Today I added a new credit card ending for 1007 to my payment method. I have received a payment confirmation from my credit card bank as below:

    “There was a transaction of USD 59 on 04-NOV-22 done from your ICICI Bank Credit Card 1007.”

    But I saw that my PRO subscription has gone to FREE. I haven’t received confirmation from RankMath yet. Requesting you revive my PRO subscription or refund my money.

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.
