    HI Guys,
    i was using RankMath for my shop, usbisland.com, but since a while the business is locked and i acturally completely forgot about RankMath or any other subscriptions…
    My problem is, the only email address which seems to work for the login to RankMath is:
    h*********@g********.
    hmmm, with this email, i dont see in RankMath any subscriptions running…
    Today, i received an notification from paypal, actually sent to my other email:
    j***********@g********

    Not sure what i did wrong before and i cannot login to rankmath using the “janusz.” email…

    Whatever, long introduction but please do me a favour and do cancel my PRO Subscription connected to any of the addresses listed here:
    j***********@g********
    h*********@g********
    or
    u**********@g********

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

    Unfortunately, we can’t locate the subscription using the email addresses you mentioned.

    If you are able to retrieve the invoice, you may share a screenshot of it using this tool: https://imgur.com/ or you can use any cloud storage you have and add the image URL in the sensitive data section.

    If that doesn’t work for you, please share the last 4-digit of the card you used to purchase the plan instead.

    It is not about to merge the accoutns anymore, since i am offline with my shop.
    I want to cancel the subscription please and if possible revert the last payment which is really for exactly… nothing – i copmpletely forgot.

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those premium features we refunded.
