    Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:

    – Payments in USD $
    – Supports subscription-based payments
    – You are not using a prepaid card
    – International payments are turned on

    If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using other credit cards instead. You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment to go through and request them to approve it on your end.

    Unfortunately, we don’t have any other ways of paying for the plugin and we rely on FastSpring for all of this.

    In order to make sure that your payment passes the compliance checks please make sure that you are not using any VPN and select the correct country in the top right of the screen during checkout.

    Also, please ensure that the name on the card and the country match exactly the information you are trying to add to the payment information.
