Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:
– Payments in USD $
– Supports subscription-based payments
– You are not using a prepaid card
– International payments are turned on
If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using a different credit card instead.
You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment to go through and request them to approve it on your end.
Also, if you are using a Proxy or VPN, please disable that and use your actual ISP to make the purchase.

As per our RBI Guidelines, no SUBSCRIPTION BASED PAYMENT SYSTEM won’t be entertained by RBI from now onwards, that’s the reason, no Indian customer would be able to pay such kind of subscription-based online payment system by Credit Card.
Under the circumstances, what’s the alternative?
Just cross-check with your accounts department. You will realize exactly where the problem lies from your side? As you people, always try to store customers’ credit card details in your server so that auto-renewal can be done!

A possible solution for this would be to use another payment method such as PayPal or Amazon Pay which should also be available in our payment provider.
The only way to keep accepting credit cards according to the RBI guidelines would be to switch the subscriptions to manual renewals.
