    Hi

    I was trying to upgrade to pro but my payment got declined and I got this message.

    “Dear Cardholder,

    This is to inform you that Standing Instruction (SI) transaction of USD69.62 on your SBI Credit Card ending 1726 at merchant FS *rankmath on date 30-11-21 has been declined basis RBI guidelines.

    Please pay directly at the merchant website/app using your card.

    Warm Regards,
    SBI Card”

    Please help.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    Please make the payment manually by making a new purchase. Then, kindly ping us here and we will manually add any bonus keywords you had in your account from last year’s purchase.

    Hello,

    Please talk to your card provider. It appears they are refusing the transaction and they are not giving us a reason and the reason they are giving you is invalid. Since you are making a new purchase, the new RBI guidelines for standing instructions do not apply.

    Could you please talk to your card provider and then try again?
