    The only email id used is s*****@n*********. I have paid using my credit card over amazonpay payment gateway on your website. I have received a confirmation of transaction on the email (o*********@g********) linked with my amazonpay account but I haven’t received anything on s*****@n********* using which I have created the account and purchased the plugin. Kindly investigate.

    Jaideep – I have clearly explained the issue to you and you are again asking me to send the details to s******@r***********. Why cant your teams internally do an investigation and let me know the status? This is disappointing that there is no proper support coverage at RankMath.

    I will anyway write to them as this delay is hurting us and you guys cant do much about it. Thank you for your support.

    If the plugin is not provided then cancel the order and I will repurchase the same again in a new order.

    We cannot find successful payment from your email. We have found 4 cancelled payments and that seems to be the reason you do not have active subscription. It is possible that your payment got “Accepted” state in moment you’ve contacted us but in case of Amazon Pay, it usually takes up to 2 weeks to process and complete the payment.

    We are sorry for the troubles, but we do not handle payments ourselves.

    Please try using another payment method if possible, or try contacting our payment processor directly (FastSpring) if you decide to use Amazon Pay again. They should be able to help you better. Alternatively, you can contact us and we will ask them what is the issue.
