Hello,
I apologize for the inconvenience you are facing with RankMath regarding redirecting deleted patterns. If RankMath is asking you to redirect patterns that you have deleted, it might be due to the Regex (regular expressions) used in the redirection settings.
To address your concerns and shut off the redirection for patterns, you can follow these steps:
- Go to the Redirections settings in RankMath.
- Locate the specific redirection rule related to the patterns you have deleted.
- Edit or delete the redirection rule that includes the pattern you no longer want to redirect.
If you find it challenging to manage these settings, you can use the redirection debugger tool provided by RankMath to diagnose and resolve any potential redirection issues.
Unfortunately, the option to disable pattern redirection directly from the Titles & Meta Global Settings is not available. You will need to manage this specifically within the Redirections settings.
If you need further assistance or detailed guidance on managing these redirections, please reply here, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you promptly.
Thank you for reaching out with your concern.
Best regards.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Please note that Rank Math automatically shows this notice whenever you delete a term on your website and you might want to create a redirection from it to preserve the traffic that was going to it.
However, you can simply dismiss the notification by clicking the X button if you don’t want to redirect the URLs. If the notice keeps showing, please head over to Rank Math> Status & Tools > Database Tools and remove transients.

Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.

Thank you.
Thank you Mr. Siam!
I appreciate your assistance.
I believe RankMath should not apply SEO settings to patterns.
It is hard enough keeping RankMath up to date with Pages and Posts.
Cheers,
Marcus Tibesar
