My IT dept has asked me to register an account with you.
I do not receive the registration email with the password. Yet, the system logs me in. I cannot reset the password because I don’t have a current password. When I click the forgot password link, it says the link is invalid, and asks me to request a new link, and it becomes a cycle of requesting a new link.
could you please help me register (without logging me in) or provide a password that I can reset to use your services.
