I logged into your website’s admin area and upon investigating I found that the issue is caused by the plugin “Post SMTP”. Please have a look at the screencast in the sensitive data section of this ticket for a quick reference and confirm it on your end.
You can get in touch with the devs of that plugin and they would be able to assist you in fixing the issue.
