Please note that unlike Elementor which processes the shortcodes, the WP Editor does not do that which results in the discrepancy in the Scores. This is normal and the only Score you should be concerned about is the one you see in Elementor.
Because the WP Editor does not process shortcodes, it sees the block of shortcodes as a single paragraph even if the actual content in the block is smaller. Because Elementor processes the shortcode, it ignores the shortcodes and only reads the content.
