Paid for the Business Pro plugin but didn’t see it in my account

    Hi,

    I paid for the Pro business plugin in august 2024 and it didn’t show in my account. I had to pay it again today.

    I’d like a refund on the purchase I made today.

    I have 2 email address on my end that need to get merge together if that could be the problem. I will leave theme in the Sensitive Data box.

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    As for your account merge request, please let us know first which email address you wish to keep.
