Paid Content AI subscription not connecting to website

    Trying to use my Content AI subscription on noahsark.com, a website in my Rankmath account. But when trying to click on Content AI in the site admin, I get the Learn More popup.

    I apologize for the issue you are facing with connecting your Content AI subscription to your website. It seems like you might not have connected your Rank Math account to your website properly. Here are the steps you can follow to connect your site with Content AI:

    1. Navigate to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Help.
    2. Click on the Connect Now button.
      Click Connect Now
    3. Sign into the Rank Math account that contains your Content AI credits. If you have multiple Rank Math PRO licenses, select the applicable license from the License dropdown menu.
    4. Click OK, ACTIVATE NOW.
      Click Ok Activate Now
    5. Ensure that you have enabled the Content AI module from WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Modules.
      Enable Content AI
    6. Finally, head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Content AI and click the Refresh icon.
      Click the Refresh icon

    I did everything you said, I’m connected to my Free account but when refreshing my credits in the website, it says I’m not connected to my account (but I am): https://loom.com/i/a6e8cb190bd540c5a62d98bf7228410c

    The website is noahsark.com and it’s listed in my Rankmath websites.

    Hello,

    We have manually disconnected the concerned website from our end. When you log in to your website now you should see it disconnected from your account.

    Please reconnect it by clicking the “Connect now” link in the warning message and check if the credits are available by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Content AI.
