this is precisely the thing I wanted to point out: There are momentary problems and I don’t understand the reason. I have contacted the hosting several times, but they too say everything is fine. But if I have 1 second problem, it’s still a problem to solve, as it could happen with the client.

That is something that you need to resolve with the hosting provider and the domain provider if they are not the same entity.
There should be logs on the server that would indicate exactly why there are these sorts of issues and if the downtime on the website is lower than the advertised downtime of the hosting provider you can take this up with them.
This is something that is outside the scope of Rank Math and not something we can assist with.

Please click on each test (you should see an arrow pointing down to expand the test) and you should be able to see guides on how to resolve the issue.
From your screenshot, most of the issues pertain to how the assets such as JS, CSS, and images have been loaded so you would need a plugin to optimize them or check this with your theme author.
