  • Hello,

Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please share the reason for the exclusion of the URLs. You can also share a screenshot of the Excluded section of your GSC account using a tool like https://imgbb.com/

We really look forward to helping you.

Google is not showing any reason, Please find the attached screenshot

    Hello,

As per your screenshot, the URLs fall under the “Discovered – currently not indexed” category.

Discovered – currently not indexed, means that Google is aware of the page’s existence but the pages are yet to be crawled. Typically, Google wanted to crawl the URLs but this was expected to overload the site; therefore Google rescheduled the crawl.

You can understand this by the fact that the “Last Crawl” is also shown as “N/A”. Which means that the page is not yet crawled.

I checked and the URL that you’ve shared is already set to Index is present in the sitemap.

Please give Google some time to crawl the website and see if the issue gets fixed.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I tested the variations of your sitemaps with https://httpstatus.io/ and they’re all returning “Connection timed out” error. You can have a look at the screenshot in the sensitive data section of this ticket.

Except for the preferred variation (which should return only a 200 status), all the non-preferred variations of the website should redirect to the preferred variation and return a 301 + 200 status.

Please get in touch with your web host and ensure that the above error is fixed and sitemaps are returning above mentioned statuses.

You can also double-check if the followed recommended PHP values are set:

    PHP Memory Limit: 512M
    Max input time: 150
    PHP time limit: 120
    PHP max input variables: 1000

Once fixed, please follow the below steps and see if that fixes the issue:
    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

    3. Clear your website’s cache and remove all the sitemaps from your Google Search Console account, and then submit only the main sitemap: /sitemap_index.xml.

Further, give Google some time to crawl your website again and see if the issue gets fixed.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you.

    All done

    Hello,

I again tested the variations of your sitemaps with https://httpstatus.io/ and two variations are returning 200 status.

As mentioned in my previous reply, except for the preferred variation (which should return only a 200 status), all the non-preferred variations of the website should redirect to the preferred variation and return a 301 + 200 status.

Please follow the steps in this link:
https://rankmath.com/kb/couldnt-fetch-error-google-search-console/#5-check-for-the-correct-version-of-the-sitemap and redirect to the correct variation.

You can also get in touch with your web host regarding this.

Once this gets fixed, you can follow the steps mentioned in my previous reply and see if that fixes the issue.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

The URL of the index sitemap of Rank Math is not /sitemap.xml, rather, it is /sitemap_index.xml. Here are the variations of your sitemap:

    https://ondemandint.com/sitemap_index.xml
    https://www.ondemandint.com/sitemap_index.xml
    http://ondemandint.com/sitemap_index.xml
    http://www.ondemandint.com/sitemap_index.xml

I checked and two variations are still returning 200 status.

Please ensure that only one variation returns the 200 status and others redirect to that (preferred) variation.

Let us know how that goes.

    Thank you.

    Thanks for your guidance,

after working on few lines of code we made it .

please let me know if there anything else need to do

    Hello,

I can check that all the versions of the sitemap are now redirecting to https://ondemandint.com/sitemap_index.xml/

Please remove all previously submitted sitemaps from your GSC account and resubmit your main sitemap https://ondemandint.com/sitemap_index.xml and wait for Google to recrawl it.

The issue should be resolved after that. Let us know if it doesn’t. We are here to assist.

    Thanks.

    all done thanks
