Hello,
I apologize for the issue you are facing with your pages not being indexed by Google. It sounds like there may be a few settings that need to be adjusted in your Rank Math configuration. Here are some steps you can follow to ensure that your posts are set to be indexed:
1. Check the Noindex Attribute
Make sure that your posts do not have the noindex
attribute set. You can do this by:
- Going to your WordPress Dashboard.
- Navigating to Rank Math SEO > Titles & Meta.
- Checking the settings for Posts, Pages, and any Custom Post Types (CPTs) to ensure that the
noindex
option is not enabled.

2. Global Settings Check
Also, check your global settings:
- Go to Settings > Reading in your WordPress Dashboard.
- Ensure that the Discourage search engines from indexing this site option is not checked.

3. Robots.txt File
Make sure your robots.txt file is not blocking Google from indexing your site:
- Navigate to Rank Math SEO > General Settings > Edit Robots.txt.
- Ensure there are no
Disallow
rules that might prevent indexing.

4. Content Duplication
If you have duplicate content, Google may not index your pages. Check for duplication and consider adding canonical URLs if necessary. You can learn more about this here.
If you have followed these steps and are still experiencing issues, it might be beneficial to reply to your ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further. If you could also provide your site URL in your reply, it would help in diagnosing the issue more effectively.
Thank you for raising this concern, and we hope to resolve it soon!

I have tried the above options, they don’t seem to be the issue

Hello,
Most of the time, when a page shows as “Crawled – currently not indexed” it’s because the Google algorithm believes that the content of the pages won’t add anything to the current results that can be found for the same topics, so it holds off on indexing.

Hope that helps and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.
Thank you.
