  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with pages not showing in the sitemap. Thank you for raising this concern.

There are a few reasons why pages might not appear in your sitemap:

    1. Custom Canonicals: If you have added a custom canonical to a post, it will not appear in the sitemap. To ensure all your posts are included, consider removing any custom canonicals and allowing Rank Math to generate the canonical URLs.

    2. Blocked Posts/Pages: Make sure that you are not blocking any useful posts or pages from appearing in your sitemap. You can check this by going to Rank Math SEO → Sitemap Settings and ensuring that the relevant options for each type of post or taxonomy are checked.

    3. No Content: If there is no content on your website, it may also lead to missing entries in the sitemap. Adding content can resolve this issue.

If you have checked these points and are still experiencing issues, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

    We hope this helps!

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting support.

The sub-domains are considered completely different websites in the eyes of Google so if you are using a plugin to switch particular pages to a sub-domain you are essentially creating another independent website that cannot be indexed from the sitemap of the main domain.

If you want to use sub-domains, the best solution is to create different WordPress installations for each so that you can easily submit the sitemaps of those sub-domains to their GSC property.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
