Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
I’ve checked your sitemaps and robots.txt, but they seem to be working fine.
The Discovered – currently not indexed indicates Google has discovered the page, and even wants to crawl the page. But this was expected to cause an overload on the site, hence Google has rescheduled the crawl.
As a result, Google may delay this crawl for several days after it has been discovered and the crawl status would remain empty until then.
Here’s a link for more information:
https://rankmath.com/kb/discovered-currently-not-indexed/
And you can follow the steps in this link for troubleshooting the Alternate Page with proper canonical error:
https://rankmath.com/kb/alternate-page-with-proper-canonical-tag/
Regarding the connection of your website to your Rank Math account, ensure that you are using the latest version of the Rank Math plugin. You may refer to our changelog page here: https://rankmath.com/changelog/free
Then, go to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General, and make sure that the “WordPress Address” and “Site Address” have the same setup.
Meaning both URLs have the same exact protocols. They should be matching and not have a mismatch.
Let us know how this goes.
Thank you.
Hi,
no good news about indexing, we don’t find the real problem so we are manually indexing 10 pages a day. Not the best way. One question, would you be able to perform a check (having access of course to what you need) and give us a quote for the resolution of the problem?
About the other problem (site not visible in our account) we checked what you said and it’s correct, but website is still not visible in the account.
Hello,
If you have already followed the steps above and the issue still persists, revalidate the issue in your Google Search Console account (if not yet) and give Google some time to recrawl your site.
About the connection issue, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Thank you.
