I have also followed through the fix you recommended on the Rank Math website, but it failed to work.
However, by deactivating your plugin, it fixed the problem.
I have also deactivated your plugin on my other client websites.

Thanks a lot for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
Please re-enable the plugin, enable the Redirection module at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard.
Then, go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Redirections.
Remove all the redirects you do not recognize.
Then, Check all the menu items if they are pointing to the correct pages
Also, Remove any unwanted users from WordPress Dashboard > Users.
That should fix the issue you are facing.

Thanks for that info.
There were a bunch of redirects in there. When I deleted them it all came good again.

I am thrilled that the plugin is now working seamlessly!
One of the changes we made in the last update was the introduction of a script that detects if a site was compromised and removes any data related to it in the redirections.
