Hello,
Thank you for getting in touch and I am extremely sorry about the trouble this might have caused.
Please check the following:
1. Make sure the post is not selected as ‘noindex’ in WP > Posts > Your Post > Advanced Tab in Rank Math.
Screenshot:
2. Ensure that the noindex is not selected for Global or Posts meta:
If they are set to index, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Please let us know if you find the culprit.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hi! I have done the troubleshooting and the noindex tag is only being added when I activate RankMath. All settings are set to “Index”.
Hello,
In that case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
I have the same problem.
I think I have found the error. If you look above at where you tell the poster to check that noindex is not selected. The go take a look at the plugin meta and titles tag. The noindex and index are reversed (both go to no index)!
Hi! I notice you have logged in to my site with the details I provided you 4 days ago, but I still haven’t received any answer or feedback. Just want to check this is not forgotten.
Hello,
Apologies for the late follow up.
The access seems to have expired. Please update so we can look into this further.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
It is now active again. Thanks
Hello,
The pages set to noindex are CartFlow pages. These pages appear as checkout pages. Rank math to WooCommerce integration sets the pages myaccount
, checkout
and cart
pages to noindex by default. The only way to index these pages is either to add them as WordPress pages without the cartflow integration or disable WooCommerce integration to Rank math by disabling the WooCommerce module in Rank math dashboard. Please note that this will require you to add all related data including schema to your products which is automatically added using this module.
Looking forward to helping
