in GSC console is written, that this 12 pages are excluded. but no reason why.

I can check in the screenshot that the pages are excluded because they were blocked by the robots.txt file. However, I can check that your robots.txt file doesn’t have any rule to block the crawlers from indexing or crawling your site.
Please wait for Google to crawl your site again and identify the changes. The issue should be resolved once Google crawls the affected URLs again.

Please note that it is completely up to Google if they want to index or not index your website. If Google still isn’t indexing your page, it means that either Google doesn’t want to index or hasn’t crawled your page yet because it hasn’t allocated that much crawl budget to your website.
Unfortunately, there’s no definite time for Google to recrawl your site. According to Googe guidelines, crawling can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.
