It is likely your sitemap is being cached on your site. If you are using a caching plugin, could you please add your sitemap URLs to be excluded from caching. Then clear your cache, resave your permalinks and sitemap settings.
If the sitemap is still not updating after that, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

I have cleared the sitemap cache and it is working fine now:
I did that by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings
Hitting the save button once without changing anything.
In the future, this should be done automatically as I have added the sitemap URLs to the exclusion list in your litespeed cache setting.
