Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
I’ve checked your site, and it seems that you’re using WPML for your translation plugin.
To fix the wrong homepage URL, please follow the steps in this link:
https://rankmath.com/kb/multilingual-seo-wpml/#num-11-1-rankmath-seo-adds-incorrect-entries-for-translated-homepages-in-the-sitemap
If the pages are already set to noindex, they should be removed from the sitemaps. In this case, please make sure that your sitemap is not getting cached. Please follow these steps:
1. Ensure you’re using the latest version of your plugins/theme including the Rank Math plugin.
2. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/xXXhDt
3. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
Let us know how this goes.
Thank you.
Hi Reinelle! Thank you for your response. We will try to implement the solution for the wrong URLs.
Regarding the rest:
1 – We have the latest version of the PRO plugin.
2 – Nothing changed.
3 – We are using Cloudflare, which does not cache sitemaps by default.
I’ll return later after the implementation.
Hello,
Sure, let us know how this goes.
Meanwhile, please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you have other questions to assist you further.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hi, there!
We implemented the solution from point 11. It removed a redundant part of the URL for the homepages. However, it didn’t remove non-existing pages from the sitemap. For example, https://hmarkets.com/ar/currencies/.
Please check it here https://hmarkets.com/page-sitemap.xml.
Also, instead of three pages, are now three empty lines in the sitemap. Please see the screenshot https://prnt.sc/aquzjjchPigK
Moreover, the search console alerts the error for the new sitemap.
Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
