this is another problem, because I opened the ticket from Rank Math panel, from my wordpress account. I don’t know why, but the ticket have been opened from my personal account, and not from that of MeDia Italia, [moved to sensitive data section]
Please notice that file .htaccess did’t have any redirection instruction, and no redirec plugin is insdtalled, apart Rank Math.
Moreover, in Rank Math there was any redirection 301 https://www.medialab-eu.it/diagnostica-di-laboratorio/ to https://www.medialab-eu.it/diagnostica-di-laboratorio-e-veterinaria/ and the page https://www.medialab-eu.it/diagnostica-di-laboratorio/ does not exist.
but today I created a 301 redirect, https://www.medialab-eu.it/diagnostica-di-laboratorio/ to https://www.medialab-eu.it/diagnostica-di-laboratorio-e-veterinaria/, in order to “regularize” everything.

The Rank Math PRO was applied to the email I’ve added in the sensitive data section. You can use that to log in to your paid Rank Math account as well.
Alternatively, we can merge both of your accounts so you can consolidate all of them into a single account. Please confirm which is your preferred email address in the sensitive data section and we will do the needful.
About the redirect, we can see that it is already coming from Rank Math since you mentioned that you have applied the redirect. There is a WordPress function that redirects similar/incomplete slugs to the closest URLs on your site which is possible since the URLs you have shared start with similar words.
