By default, pages do not have tags, posts do. Could you confirm if you’ve created a custom taxonomy for pages?
I have a sitemap for post_tag-sitemap.xml, but do I need a sitemap for page_tag?
If you want to get the page tags indexed, yes, you should consider enabling the sitemap for it.
Please also share a few affected URLs so that we can check a few things.

I checked the pages you provided and they are all set to index and follow. To add the URLs to a sitemap, you may need to create a custom sitemap.
