Hello,
Thanks for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Can you please share the website error log with us?
Having the error log file will give a clear idea of why this might be happening.
You can follow this guide to enable debugging in WordPress
https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ or you can get in touch with your web host, they will help you locate the log file.
Meanwhile, please contact your web host and ask them to set the following values to see if that works for you:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
We have moved to a new site. When I opened the sitemap, my page and post URLs were not included. I reconnected the Rankmath plugin and enabled the sitemap again, but only 30 URLs were included. However, my website has over 250 pages.
Can I deactivate the Rankmath plugin? Will all the meta data on my pages be removed, or will it still be available when I reinstall the plugin?
Hello,
We have already replied to your other ticket with the same question.
Regarding your deletion request, I have moved your website shown in this ticket to the sensitive data section so only our support staff can see your site.
Going back to the issue with the count of URLs in your sitemap, please go through this guide for the common reasons why a URL is not included in your sitemap:
https://rankmath.com/kb/url-not-in-sitemap/
Let us know how this goes.
Thank you.
