You seem to have defined a custom canonical for your your pages. In such a case, Rank math considers those as duplicate pages and they are therefore not added to sitemap. Since you have done this for all your pages, there are no pages added to the sitemap in which case the sitemap doesn’t have any content and hence the 404.
You will need to remove the canonical URLs you have added for your pages to be added to the sitemap.

I just added the same url as canonical in all pages in order to send this signal to Google that all pages are unique and my website SEO is fine. Probably, the sitemap is based on www version and I added canonical non-www version to all pages.
