Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Can you please share the sitemap URL with us so we can check?
You can also follow these steps and see if that fixes the issue:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/3. Remove all the sitemaps from the Search Console and submit
sitemap_index.xml
.We look forward to helping you.

Could you please share the error log of your site when the issue happened? Having an error log will help us determine what is causing the error on your website.
You can follow this guide to enable debugging in WordPress
https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ or you can get in touch with your web host, and they will help you locate the log file.Once done, please share here the report related to Rank Math so we can check.
Meanwhile, please check your site’s configuration if there are some PHP values that are too low and which you should increase. Please get in touch with your web host and ask them to set the following values:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M Max input time: 150 PHP time limit: 120 PHP max input variables: 1000

Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
We would need the complete PHP error log to check what is causing the critical error.
You can get in touch with your web host, and they will help you locate the log file.
We look forward to helping you.
This is all in the log I found.
Thank you.Hello,
The error log doesn’t seem to be mentioning about Rank Math and Sitemap.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/Here is a video you can follow as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FcIWRhcUP2c
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
We really look forward to helping you.
