Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Yes, it affects the initial server response time.
Request are usually files you include on your page, this may contain tags, images and etc. You can reduce this number of requests on your page as they affect the loading speed of the page. I think you will find really useful (and detailed) with this one: https://mythemeshop.com/blog/wordpress-speed-optimization/
I hope this helps. Looking forward to helping you.
Hello there,
Which subject should I study in detail? I am using Wp Rocket Pro and Webp express on the site. We use Cloudflare, Php version, theme and plugins are up to date.
Hello,
It seems that you have already marked this issue as already resolved.
However, the number of page objects is controlled by the theme and plugins you have installed and thus this is not directly related to something you have done. A single web page that you browse is made up of multiple elements. You have the actual HTML, JavaScript, CSS, images, and then external resources.
The problem is that each object on the page has to be separately requested by the server, and those requests take valuable loading time which affects your SEO since Google will penalize websites that take longer to load.
To fix this, you need to reduce the number of images, scripts from the theme that are making non-essential requests. I would recommend you follow some step-by-step guide in this link:

I hope that helps.
