Please don’t use the breadcrumbs inside a template as that will cause issues because the plugin cannot read the pages properly.
Either include the shortcode directly on the pages where you want to see that or use the PHP functions mentioned in our tutorial inside the theme’s template file that you want to show this: https://rankmath.com/kb/breadcrumbs/

The usage in the templates is only for PRO users and it requires that you add it using the widget built for that purpose.
Since you have only the Free version of the plugin you need to add it following the methods we mentioned above.
If you want to use the PHP code snippet you need to do it with the instructions on point 3.1 of the file we mentioned.

You had enabled the ‘Hide Post Title‘ option, which hides the post title from the breadcrumb.
I have disabled this option and the post name is showing properly on the breadcrumb.

That is a page and by default, pages don’t have taxonomies associated with them in WordPress so that is not being applied to the breadcrumbs here.
If you check the posts, the taxonomy appears in the breadcrumbs because that post type does include support for taxonomies.
