The Divi builder does not seem to accept the Rank Math breadcrumb shortcode. I can suggest that you edit your single post page template and instead add the following code to display the breadcrumbs:
<?php if (function_exists('rank_math_the_breadcrumbs')) rank_math_the_breadcrumbs(); ?>

I have taken a second look and clearing the whitespace before the shortcode does the trick, the page is now working normally.
