page not indexing

    Hi one of my pages isn’t indexing and has the noindex tag in it. The rest of my site has been indexed, however I’m unsure how to remove this so it is indexed. Could you help please?

    Please go to this page > SEO Settings > Advanced Tab > Check index checkbox
    index

    If this page is a category page, go to the category > SEO Settings > Advanced Tab > Check index checkbox

    If you do not see these options, please enable Advanced Mode in the Rank Math dashboard:

    The instructions are the same for page/post/category/tag.

    If you are not seeing these settings even after enabling Advanced Mode, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    The page is edited using elementor page builder. However when I open it I can still see the RankMath plugin is set to Index. However when I look at the metadata it still says noindex it seems to be clashing with Elementor?

    Hello,

    Thank you for the update.

    I’ve checked the page, and indeed it is set to noindex in the page’s source code. If it’s already set to index in Rank Math, it is also possible that there is a conflict with one of your plugins or active theme.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), to determine that there is a conflict, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue still persists, we may need to investigate further on your site. Please share your WordPress and FTP logins in the sensitive data section like my colleague mentioned above.
